   I have a locally owned and operated window washing business called Okanagan Home Boys. We had a stage 1 carbon filter plug up and we’re still waiting on inventory to show up. Richard was prompt in getting us set up with new filters and sharing his knowledge on ways to mitigate future issues.    We purchased a property, upon possession we discovered our water quality was very low and even un safe for our family to use!

It was an emergency and Clear Water treated it as exactly that,  they came to inspect immediately and ran through our options !
Called on Friday and we ended up with safe clean water by Monday, what else could we ask for!
Richard’s service is next to none in the valley, 10/10 would recommend these professionals ????????

My experience with the Clear Water Solutions team was excellent. Matt installed a water softener to my main water line and an RO system under my kitchen sink. Water Softener Problem solved

Richard was our go-to man for our water system. This May 2024 we had the pleasure of meeting Matt when he came to change our filters and discovered that the salt in the softener was bridging and our water was testing hard. He did what he could to solve it that day and told me to watch it and call him in a week or two to let him know what was going on with it. I had not yet called him because I wasn’t sure whether the problem was fixed or not. Today he came by when he was in the neighbourhood and solved our problem! He is a very knowledgeable, helpful, and lovely young man, and I would highly recommend him for all your water softener needs and/or problems.
